Albumkritik
After the breakup of the Dave Brubeck Quartet, Desmond released this sterling album, which mixes bossa novas and ballads with some stereotypical CTI Records flourishes (the crime jazz of "Lady In Cement," a groovy Beatles cover). Desmond was initially timid about working with modernists Herbie Hancock, Ron Carter and Airto, but they all play in perfect sync.
