X-Clan
A New York crew active in the late '80s and early '90s, X-Clan are known for their funkdified beats and Afrocentric lyrics.
Their Funk-laden tracks and pro-black lyrics are displayed on the LPs "To The East, Blackwards" and "X-Odus."
Their line-up comprised Professor X, Brother J, Paradise, and Sugar Shaft.
Professor X released several solo albums, including "Years of the 9, On the Blackhand Side" and "Puss 'N Boots."
